Virtual Office
The Thai government requires you to have an official office address for purposes of registering your company and other official business functions. If you do not currently have an office address, Lanna Associates will furnish the address for a period of three months following which it is assumed you will have an established office. Lanna Associates can provide the address, usage of office services, meeting room, telephone answering services and mail services. We hold your mail on your behalf and forward it to you; whenever you want and wherever you are.
Clients of our Virtual Office service are offered complimentary membership of our business center. Members of the Lanna Associates Business Center are allowed preferential discounts on a range of office services, including hire of meeting room and our telephone answering service.
Virtual Office Monthly Fee is THB 2,500 with a minimum 3 month contract, payable in advance at start of contract.
Office Services
• Telephone answering: THB 2,000 per month, Minimum 6 month contract
• Use of Meeting Room:THB 500 per hour, Maximum 8 people / meeting
• Translation Services: By quotation
• Fax Transmission: THB 50 per page, outgoing & incoming faxes (Cost of telephone & postage extra)
• Photocopying: By quotation
• Use of computer: THB 250 per hour
• Word Processing: By quotation

Legal Advisors: Lanna Associates' Attorneys are proficient in all areas of law and specialize in Corporate and Commercial Services.
Accounting & Tax: We offer complete Monthly and Yearly Accounting services by experienced English speaking Accountants. Services include: Withholding Tax, V.A.T., Social Security, Bookkeeping, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Trial Balance, Half-Year Corporate Earning Assessment, Annual Income Tax, etc.
